Magazine Cover Analysis
The magazine i have chosen is ‘ Stuff ‘ Magazine. This magazine provides the reader with knowledge about the latest gadgets, films and music.
My first impressions of this magazine is that it’s aimed at male customers. We get this feeling as there is a picture of a female model on the cover, who uses a direct mode of address, whilst holding a gadget. The gadget she holds hints to the reader what the magazine is about.
The colour scheme used makes the magazine stand out. The white background makes everything look clear and the red catches the eye from the shelf.
We can tell whats in the magazine from puffs around the cover. Buzz word are also used to attracts readers. Words such as, exclusive and top secret make the reader feel they have to find out more.
